How long is the saree? Does it come with a blouse piece?+
Most of our sarees are about 5.5 metres with an unstitched blouse piece of around 0.8 metres. The exact length and blouse details are listed on each product page.
Do you offer blouse stitching or fall & pico?+
Not through the website yet. Message us after ordering if you need help and we'll tell you what's possible for your saree.
Is Cash on Delivery available?+
Yes — on orders up to ₹10,000 with a ₹49 COD fee. You can pay the courier in cash or by UPI.
How long will delivery take?+
We dispatch within 1–2 business days and delivery takes 3–7 business days after that, depending on your pincode. Shipping is free above ₹999.
How do I track my order?+
You'll receive tracking details by email once your order ships. You can also enter your order number on the Track Order page.
Can I return or exchange a saree?+
Yes, within 7 days of delivery, if the saree is unused with tags intact and the blouse piece uncut. See our Returns & exchange policy for details.
Will the colour look exactly like the photos?+
We photograph in natural light and keep editing minimal, but screens vary, so the colour may look slightly different in person.
How should I care for my saree?+
Follow the care notes on the product page. Silks, embroidered and mirror-work sarees should be dry cleaned; cottons can be gently hand washed.
Is it safe to pay online?+
Yes. Payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant gateway. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
Do you ship outside India?+
Not yet — we currently deliver only within India.
Do you take bulk or wholesale orders?+
Yes. We are manufacturers, so boutiques and resellers can write to us through the Contact page for wholesale pricing.
