These terms govern your use of this website and purchases from Aeryva. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products

We try to show products as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly between screens, and handcrafted work can have small irregularities.

Prices & payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Payment is taken online via Razorpay or as Cash on Delivery.

Orders

An order is confirmed once payment succeeds (or a COD order is placed). We may refuse or cancel orders in case of stock issues, pricing errors or suspected fraud, with a full refund where payment was made.

Shipping, returns & cancellations

Our Shipping, Returns & Exchange and Cancellation policies form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — photographs, designs, text and logos — belongs to Aeryva and may not be reused without written permission.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Surat, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
