Shipping policy
Aeryva ships across India from Surat, Gujarat, through trusted courier partners.
Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Delivery time
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your pincode. Remote and hilly regions can take longer.
Shipping charges
Shipping is free on orders above ₹999; below that a flat ₹79 applies.
Cash on Delivery
COD is available on orders up to ₹10,000 with a ₹49 COD fee. We may call or message you to confirm COD orders before dispatch.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships we email you the courier name and tracking number. You can also check the status any time on the Track Order page.
Damaged or tampered packages
If the outer package looks damaged or tampered with, please refuse the delivery or record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
International shipping
We currently ship only within India.
