Cancellation policy
You can cancel an order until it has been dispatched.
Before dispatch
Contact us (email originsofcare@aeryva.in) with your order number. Prepaid orders are refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
After dispatch
Once an order has shipped it can't be cancelled; you can use our returns process after delivery instead.
Cancellations by us
We may cancel an order if an item goes out of stock, if there is a pricing or listing error, or if a payment looks fraudulent. You will receive a full refund in such cases.
